How big is the Starlink Mini?
The Starlink Mini is about the footprint of a sheet of A4 paper and under 4 cm thick. Below are the exact dimensions from Starlink's specification sheet, compared with things you know and with the Standard dish.

How to get the reward

- Order a Residential or Roam plan – the checkout shows “Referral code applied” with the amount for your country
- Activate your kit and stay subscribed for at least 2 months – then the reward is yours as cash or service credit
When do I get the reward? Starlink says rewards go out from about 60 days after activation – the exact timing depends on your country, account settings and an identity check. You need to stay subscribed for at least two months. In your Starlink account you choose whether you want the reward as cash or as service credit, and Starlink sends an email once it’s confirmed.

Mini or Mini X?
On the European order forms we checked in October 2026 the Mini is sold as the Mini X kit: the same 298.5 × 259 mm dish with WiFi built in, plus a Router Mini (138 × 84 × 27 mm, 0.12 kg, WiFi 6, up to 120 m²), a 15 m DC cable, a power supply, the kickstand and a pipe adapter. Every dish dimension on this page applies to both.
How big that is in real life
A sheet of A4 paper. A4 is 297 × 210 mm. The Mini is 1.5 mm longer and about 5 cm wider, so laid on top it hides an A4 sheet completely.
A 13-inch laptop. A 13-inch MacBook Air is 304 × 215 × 11 mm and weighs 1.24 kg. The Mini has almost the same length, is about 4 cm wider, roughly three and a half times as thick – and a little lighter.
In a backpack. You need a compartment of about 30 × 26 cm with 4 cm of depth. The kickstand comes off (it is 132 × 61 × 25 mm), which keeps the dish flat for packing.
The box it comes in. 43 × 33 × 8 cm and 2.99 kg with everything inside – a flat parcel that fits on a car's back seat or in a suitcase.
Next to the Standard. The Standard dish (594 × 383 mm, 2.9 kg) is as long as two Minis end to end. The Mini has about a third of its area and less than 40 % of its weight, which is why it is the dish for campervans, boats and travel.

How big is the Router Mini?
13.8 × 8.4 × 2.7 cm and 0.12 kg – about the size of a smartphone. It is meant for indoor use.
